Our Conservation projects offer transformative experiences that go beyond the usual African Safari. You will gain hands-on conservation skills, engage with local cultures and connect with like-minded individuals from around the globe. Whether you’re tracking lions, rescuing injured animals, working on antipoaching strategies or rehabilitating endangered species, each new day brings new ways to engage and make a tangible difference.

What is a Wildlife Conservation Project?

A wildlife conservation project is an immersive travel experience where you contribute to protecting wildlife and their natural habitats—while exploring some of the most incredible environments on Earth. It’s a combination of hands-on conservation, adventure, and meaningful impact.

What Does It Involve?

Each project offers a slightly different experience, so it’s best to look at a typical week for each:

• Antelope Park Big 3 Wildlife (Zimbabwe):
  A varied and hands-on week focused on conservation in a private game reserve. You may get involved in activities such as game counts, habitat work, and supporting ongoing conservation initiatives. Days are diverse and immersive, giving you a well-rounded insight into wildlife management, with no prior experience needed.
• Kruger Wildlife Conservation Project (South Africa):
  A more field-based and research-driven experience set near one of Africa’s most iconic national parks. Your week may include bush walks, tracking wildlife, data collection, and assisting with conservation research. This project is ideal for those wanting a deeper, more hands-on role in understanding and protecting wildlife in a Big Five environment.
• Kruger–Antelope Park Wildlife Expedition (South Africa & Zimbabwe)
  Experience two contrasting wildlife conservation projects in one cross-border expedition. Start in South Africa’s iconic Kruger region, assisting with wildlife research, monitoring, and field-based conservation, before continuing to Zimbabwe’s Antelope Park, where you’ll take part in hands-on conservation activities, including game counts, habitat management, and ongoing wildlife initiatives. Together, these projects provide a well-rounded understanding of conservation across two unique ecosystems.
